摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device capable of improving power supply efficiency of an amplifier even if the excitation amplitude distribution of each antenna element is not constant amplitude when a plurality of amplifiers of single kind are used. SOLUTION: A beam formation unit 3 includes a plurality of amplifiers 5, a plurality of synthesizing circuits 6, a plurality of beam formation circuits 7, and a phase amplitude control circuit 8. The beam formation unit 3 can adjust excitation amplitude and excitation phase of each of antenna elements 4-1 to 4-M. The amplitude adjustment amount and the phase shift amount of the beam formation unit 3 are set by the amplitude phase control circuit 8, so that all equivalent isotropic radiation energy of a plurality of beams are identical. A narrow beam among a plurality of beams from the antenna elements 4-1 to 4-M is arranged at the central part of a coverage area, and a wide beam 112 among the plurality of beams is arranged at the end portion of the coverage area.
