    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the problem that in a refrigerator where a storage compartment, a vegetable compartment and a freezer compartment are defined from the top downward, the depth of the vegetable compartment is rendered small and thus the vegetable container is rendered small, because a cool air circulating fan and damper parts are disposed at the back of the vegetable compartment and a cooler is longitudinally disposed from the back of the freezer compartment to the back of the vegetable compartment, and remove the problem of low efficient circulation where air that has been cooled and gained weight has to be lifted above. SOLUTION: The cooler for the storage compartment and the cool air circulating fan for the storage compartment are disposed in a cooler chamber, which is provided at the upper back portion of the storage compartment. Cool air distributing ducts for distributing air cooled by the cooler to the storage compartment are provided longitudinally at the left and right sides of the cooler chamber, so that cool air is supplied from the back of the storage compartment to the storage compartment, a specific low-temperature chamber and the vegetable compartment. A duct for returning cool air from each of the chambers to the cooler chamber is disposed between the left and right distributing ducts and adopts a technical means provided below the cooler chamber.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the problem that in a refrigerator where a storage compartment, a vegetable compartment and a freezer compartment are defined from the top downward, a special fan for air curtain and an air duct therefor are required in addition to a cool air circulating fan for the storage compartment only to invite complexity in the structure, and provide a structure wherein cool air supply to the storage compartment from the front and rear sides thereof can be readily balanced, without setting the special fan for air curtain and the air duct there for and where the temperature of a specific low-temperature chamber, if it is provided, can be maintained readily at a given temperature, by appropriately providing cool air. SOLUTION: A cooler for the storage compartment is provided at the upper back portion of the storage compartment, and further thereabove, the cool air circulating fan for the storage compartment is provided. A cool air distributing duct for distributing cool air from the fan to the storage compartment, comprises ducts which are disposed at the upper face and back face, respectively of the storage compartment. The diverging portion of these ducts are provided with a gate for supplying cool air blown from the fan to the upper face duct with the amount being controlled, and a guide for guiding cool air from the gate toward the ducts at the left and the right back faces.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator which can secure the amount of circulating cooled air without incurring any reduction in the internal capacity of the storage or other problems when the cooled air is supplied to individual storage compartments separated by partition walls. SOLUTION: In a refrigerator 1, the inside of a heat insulated box body 6 opened to the front is separated by an upper partition wall 8 to form a cold storage compartment 1 and an ice temperature chamber 10 by the separation and air cooled by a cooler 26 is supplied into the individual compartment and chamber with a blower. There are arranged a front suction port of the cold storage compartment formed on the front part of the upper part of the upper partition wall 8, a suction duct of the cold storage chamber which is formed in the upper partition wall 8 and has the front thereof extended backward communicating with the front suction port of the cold storage compartment, a suction port 84A of the ice temperature chamber formed at a rear part in the ice temperature chamber 10 and a feedback duct coming down communicating with the suction port 84A of the ice temperature chamber. The cooled air leaving the rear part of the suction duct of the cold storage compartment flows into the suction port 84A of the ice temperature chamber after running down into the ice temperature chamber 10.
