    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-refill writing instrument capable of preventing damage of a fitting part even when the fitting part of an operation body made of synthetic resin is fitted in a rear end opening of a writing body made of metal, and capable of maintaining repeated attachment/detachment between the fitting part of the operation body and the rear end opening of the writing body.SOLUTION: At least a rear end opening of a writing body 5 is formed by a metal material. An operation body 6 includes a fitting part 64 which is fitted in the rear end opening of the writing body 5 in an attachable/detachable manner. The fitting part 64 of the operation body 6 is formed by synthetic resin. An inner hole 64b is provided where the fitting part 64 penetrates in a radial direction. On an outer surface of the fitting part 64, a convex part 64a coming into a close contact with an inner surface of a rear end opening of the writing body 5 is formed. The inner hole 64b is located inward in a radial direction of the convex part 64a. A front surface of the convex part 64a is made to be a convex-curved surface shape or an inclined surface shape.

Each writing refill 4 includes a pen point 41 set at the forward end and, a connection hole which enables the pen point 41 side of the other writing refill 4 and the manipulator 5 to be detachably connected with each other, at the rear end of the refill 4. When each writing refill 4 is connected in the tandem fashion, the manipulator 5 is connected with the rear end of the writing refill 4 located at the last end of the refill train.
