A reflection part 8, which reflects leaked light for the light incident plane 22 of the light source 3, which opens a heat radiation port 9 to expose the first heat radiation part 7 stuck on the film substrate 4 of the light source 3, and makes the leaked light fall incident again on the light incident plane 22, and a second heat radiation part 9 with a larger area than that of the first heat radiating part 7, on which the light source 3 and the light guide plate 21 are fixed, so that they are brought into contact with the first heat radiation part 7 exposed from the heat radiating port 9, and a plurality of light-emitting elements 2 of the light source 3 adhered to and brought into face contact with the light incident plane 22 of the light guide plate 21, are provided.
