    • PURPOSE: To obtain the MR spectrum of an objective region having an arbitrary shape and to enhance an SIN ratio by estimating the frequency shift quantity of the MRS data of an extracted boxer and the MRS data of a reference boxer and correcting the frequencies of the MRS data of the respective boxers on the basis of the frequency shift quantity. CONSTITUTION: In an MRI apparatus equipped with a magnet assembly 1, a gradient magnetic field drive circuit 3, an RF power amplifier 4 and an amplifier 5, a predetermined region is subjected to MR imaging to obtain MRI data. Further, the predetermined region is subjected to CSI imaging to obtain MRS data and an MR image is displayed on the basis of the MRI data and the concern region in an objective region is set on the MR image by an operator. The frequency shift quantity of the MRS data of an extracted boxer and the MRS data of a reference boxer is estimated to correct the frequency of the MRS data of the extracted boxer and the addition operation of the MRS data of the respective boxers after correction is performed to form the MR spectrum of the objective region.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the time required for obtaining an object image by executing data collecting processing in parallel and arithmetic processing to process a part capable of previous operation, thereby reducing operation required after collecting all data. CONSTITUTION: According to a command from a computer 7, a sequence storing circuit 8 operates a grade magnetic field driving circuit 3 to generate a gradient magnetic field from a gradient magnetic field coil of a magnet assembly 1. A pre-amplifier 5 amplifies a NMR signal detected by a receiving coil, a phase detector 12 phase-detects a NMR signal, taking the output of an RF oscillating circuit 10 as a reference signal, an A/D converter 11 converts an analog signal of the phase detector to a digital signal, and the computer 7 conducts image reconfiguration processing for the digital signal to generate a target image. Echo data is grouped in the encoding direction, and data collecting processing for a certain group and arithmetic processing in the phase axial direction for the previously data collected group are executed in parallel.

    • PURPOSE: To provide an MR imaging method and an MRI system capable of photographing a moving object and imaging by suppressing an artifact, by calculating phase correction quantity from the mutual relation of each view data for navigation and phase-correcting the each view data for imaging by the phase correction quantity. CONSTITUTION: By a magnet assembly 1 in an MRI system 100, firstly, imaging echoes are sampled via a phase detector 12, etc., while applying a phase encode gradient onto the y axis and a frequency encode gradient onto the x axis, respectively, to collect each view data for imaging. Secondly, a rewind gradient is applied to return the phase encode quantity to '0', and, while applying the encode gradient and the read-out gradient of the sampling number of which polarity is reversed, data for navigation in the frequency axis direction is collected by sampling navigation echoes. Then, the phase correction quantity is calculated from the mutual relation of data for navigation of each data to attempt reconstruction of the image.
