摘要： The present invention provides an illuminating device including a plurality of light-emitting elements arranged in a line, the illuminating device illuminates an irradiation target by irradiating the irradiation target with light that is emitted from the light-emitting elements via a first and a second optical paths. In the illuminating device, a light diffusing portion for diffusing light is provided in one of the first optical path and the second optical path, and an irradiation light amount of said one of the first optical path and the second optical path in which the light diffusing portion is provided is larger than an irradiation light amount of the other optical path.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the uneven density of an image generated by scanning light by preventing the shift of scanning positions on a photoreceptor drum based on the vibration of a turning back mirror. SOLUTION: A substrate 120 of an optical scanner is provided with first to third projected parts 131 to 133 which form receiving parts of a fixed metal plate. The returning mirror which returns a light beam as scanning light is held on the fixed metal plate. The returning mirror is disposed on the first projected part 131 and the second projected part 132. The third projected part 133 is provided with a convex part 133b projected to the height direction of the third projected part 133 at a position far from the returning mirror. When the fixed metal plate is mounted on the third projected part 133 by using a fixing screw, pressurizing force of the fixed metal plate against the first projected part 131 and the second projected part 132 becomes sufficiently large and the fixed metal plate is stably supported by the three projected parts 131 to 133.
