摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeder which can easily be fitted to an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The sheet feeder 3 is equipped with engagement parts 10a and 10b, and lock parts 11a and 11b. When the sheet feeder 3 is mounted, the engagement parts 10a and 10b are hooked to reception parts that the image forming apparatus is equipped with. Then the sheet feeder 3 is lifted around the engagement parts 10a and 10b as fulcra and the lock parts 11a and 11b are fitted to the fitting plate of the image forming apparatus. The whole sheet feeder 3 need not be lifted when mounted, so the sheet feeder can easily be mounted on the image forming apparatus without requiring a great deal of labor.
