摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ferrite powder contained as a magnetic layer material of a thin film common mode noise filter in which an internal circuit pattern can be formed easily while ensuring excellent connectivity with an external electrode, and reliability for thermal shock, and to provide a production method therefor.SOLUTION: As the magnetic layer material of a common mode noise filter, spherical ferrite powder from which pores on the surface are removed is used. The ferrite powder is Fe-Ni-Zn-Cu system, and the average grain size is 10-50 μm. Production method of the ferrite powder includes a step for mixing a ferrite powder raw material and spray drying the mixture, a step for calcining the mixture subjected to spray drying at 800-900°C for 30-90 minutes, and a step for causing the mixture thus calcined to react at 1000-1200°C for 100-150 minutes.

The composition of the protection layer of the laminate type inductor includes an epoxy resin, 10-30 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler having a drawing rate which differs between crosswise and lengthwise directions and 10-30 pts.wt. of dispersant to 100 pts.wt. of the epoxy resin. According to the invention, the laminate type inductor is arranged to have an outermost insulator layer including an inorganic filler having a drawing rate which differs between crosswise and lengthwise directions, whereby the thermal deformation of the inductor chip is reduced, and the change of its outer shape owing to heat can be reduced. Thus, the laminate type inductor can be provided with its reliability ensured.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static protection element and a composite electronic component including it.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a static protection element including a substrate, a pair of electrodes spaced apart and formed on the substrate, and an insulating layer formed on the electrodes, in which the electrode has a shape of protruding from an electrode cross section toward an electrode surface, a manufacturing method thereof, and a composite electronic component including it. According to the present invention, conventional processes such as thin film deposition and filler dispersion and the like for adding a conductive inorganic material are removed, and mass productivity can be improved when manufacturing the static protection element. Also, the static protection element according to the present invention can accurately control a gap between the electrodes by controlling forms of the electrodes, can control a peak voltage, and can effectively prevent static electricity when used in the composite electronic component.
