摘要：本発明は、高強度で層間剥離の発生を抑止した積層成形品を得ることができ、製造時間の短縮及び製造コストの節減が可能な多軸補強積層成型品及びその製造方法を提供することを目的とするものである。多軸補強積層成型品Fは、補強繊維シートを備えた繊維補強層SR1〜SR3が積層されて構成されており、補強繊維シートの補強繊維が3軸方向に配列するように積層されている。各繊維補強層の間には樹脂層TP1及びTP2が形成されている。樹脂層TP1及びTP2は、多数の粒子状熱可塑性樹脂材料がほぼ均一に分布して互いに熱融着しており、分布した熱可塑性樹脂材料が隣接する繊維補強層に熱融着により接着した状態となっている。熱可塑性樹脂材料の間には、多数の微小な隙間が形成されて熱硬化性樹脂材料が含浸して各繊維補強層及び各樹脂層全体に満遍なく行き渡っている。
