摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a suture prosthetic material improving a cutting property, a flexibility, and an affixing property by forming a unwoven cloth which has a surface smoother than other surface and is formed of a raw material of a high polymer resolvable and absorptive in a living body of which ventilation degree is controlled less than a fixed value. SOLUTION: A suture prosthetic material for an automatic suture device is used affixing to a staple acting section and is positioned as a suture prosthetic at a staple section, and an nonwoven cloth formed of a raw material resolvable and absorptive in a living body in an acting area from a staple to a cutter and manufactured by melt blow method. Corresponding with a usage of the automatic suture device, the unwoven cloth is cut in a proper size, one surface for attaching to the staple acting section is formed relatively rough in order to be easily permeated by an adhesive, and the other surface is formed flat without a catch in such a way that the prosthetic is not torn off at an operation. A ventilation degree measured by a method of JISL1018 is controlled less than 0.30 cc/cm2/sec., preferably, 0.05 cc/cm2/sec.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting and aligning and to prevent the mispositioning after mounting by forming a drawing part consisting of temporary sewing threads in a loop form on the rear side of a cylindrical suture prosthetic material formed by sewing a first cloth-like body consisting of in-vivo degradable absorptive stock and a second cloth-like body consisting of arbitrary stock by two temporary binding parts. SOLUTION: The suture prosthetic material 1 is formed to a cylindrical shape by superposing the first cloth-like body 3 consisting of the in-vivo degradable absorptive stock and the second cloth-like body 4 consisting of the arbitrary stock on each other and forming the two temporary binding parts 5 with the temporary sewing threads 7 and is formed with the drawing part 6 consisting of the loop-like temporary sewing threads from one end (the rear side when the material is mounted on an automatic sewing device) of the suture prosthetic material. The drawing part 6 preferably allows the drawing manipulation of the temporary sewing threads at hand after operation. The length of the drawing part 6 is preferably a length which is about the same as the length of the arm part of the automatic sewing device or above. This suture prosthetic material is mounted on the staple receiving side of the automatic sewing device so as to cover the front end.

摘要： A medical suture material to be fitted to an autoclip applier having staple lines. The material is produced by sewing a sheetlike suture material with a suture so as to form a sac. The main suture material comprises materials having flexibility and stretchability to some extent, such as nonwoven fabrics like felt, woven fabrics or knits, and particular examples thereof include bioabsorbable polymers such as polyglycolic acid and certain biological membranes, for example, organ protective membranes such as pericardia. As this material is in the form of a sac with its end enclosed, it is prevented from causing offset due to shrinkage in the direction of insertion thereof into an autoclip applier.
