摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid measuring instrument capable of more simplifying an operation asked to a patient for measurement, further improving handleability, substantially reducing a required sample amount and improving the certainty of the measurement. SOLUTION: This body fluid measuring instrument is provided with a body 20 and an attachment 30 used by being attached to the body 20. The attachment 30 is provided with a skin abutting surface 35a, a sensor 36 arranged so as to be along the skin abutting surface 35a and a piercing body 31 movable between an advanced position where a sharp end is protruded from the skin abutting surface 35a and a retracting position where the sharp end is retracted from the skin abutting surface 35a and energized to the side of the retracting position by an elastic body 37. The body 20 is provided with terminals 25a being in contact with the respective electrodes of the sensor 36 provided in the attachment 30 and conducting them when the attachment 30 is attached, an electronic circuit for deciding a measured value based on electric signals obtained through the terminals 25a and a driving mechanism 32 for driving the piercing body 31 forward and making the piercing body 31 take the advanced position.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the individual differences of specimen quantities, to relieve pain and to enable sure measurement by constituting a puncture body adapted advanceably and retreatably in such a manner that the puncture body that the advance driving thereof and the adjustment of its puncture depth are made possible. SOLUTION: A mounting body set with an annular structure at a desired length is previously mounted on a main body. The puncture body driving force from a pressing body is applied to a pressing rod 12. As a result, the pressing rod 12 pushes a puncture body guide shaft 10 by as much as the distance 15 between the front end of a puncture body guide shaft 10 and the front end the annular structure 11a, thereby advancing the puncture body 6 by the distance 15. Then, the measurement at the depth of the puncture body 6 meeting a measuring person is made possible and pain and the failure of the measurement may be prevented. At this time, the instrument is provided with a sensor 9 responding with a specimen and takes in the effluent fluid when the specimen skin is damaged by capillarity. The reaction is then started. The individual differences of the specimen quantities based on the skin hardness, etc., are eliminated and the pain may be relieved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ease of handing by integrally assembling a puncture body and a sensor previously into a mounting body to simplify a motion demanded for a patient during measurement in a lancet integration type humor measuring apparatus to measure a substance to be detected contained in a humor for the concentration of glucose in blood (blood sugar value) or the like. SOLUTION: In the use of a humor measuring apparatus 10, a mounting body 30 provided as disposable consumed part is mounted on a cylindrical part 21 of a body 20. With this mounting, the tip of a connector pin 25 on the side of the body 20 is kept in contact with an electrode part at the upper end of a biosensor 36. Under such a condition, a bottom wall part 35 of the mounting body 30 is pressed on a finger tip and an earlobe, for instance, of a patient so that a depressing part 23 is pressed down to push a puncture body 31 forward against an elastic body 31d through a pressing rod 32. Thus, a puncture needle 31c of the puncture body 31 is made to stick into the vicinity of a skin contact part 37 of the biosensor 36 to bleed and the blood thus obtained is infiltrated into a humor path of the biosensor 36 to measure a blood sugar value or the like. The results are shown on a display device 22.
