The stem of each of the first sleeve mounts or the positioning button has a circular section, whereby a sleeve is rotatable. The projection or flange can position the sleeve so as to be able to fix the sleeve. Consequently, the sleeve bracket assembly firmly positions the sleeve and enables the sleeve to be rotatable.
