SOLUTION: The kneading method includes steps of (1) putting a not-yet- kneaded viscous material in a cylinder 2, (2) inserting a blade 4 into the cylinder 2 from an aperture in one side, (3) kneading the viscous material by rotating the blade 4, (4) pulling the blade 4 out of the cylinder while scarping the viscous material sticking to the blade by a slit of a disk 5 through which the blade 4 is previously inserted, and then (5) extruding the kneaded viscous material by pushing a piston 3 in the cylinder 2. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for kneading a viscous material which can uniformly knead the material without incorporating bubbles and without needing skill while reducing the waste of the material, and a kneader for the method. SOLUTION: The unkneaded viscous material is put in a container 2, a rotatable blade 3 is inserted into the container 2, the container 2 is covered with a lid 5 and evacuated, and the material is kneaded by rotating the blade 3. A disk 4 having a slit 14 is fitted in advance to the base of the blade 3 with the blade 3 inserted into the slit 14. After the end of kneading, the lid 5 and the blade 3 are detached from the container 2, and the disk 4 is extracted from the blade 3, so that the material adherent to the blade 3 is scraped off.
