摘要： PURPOSE:To press a long size metallic sheet at a low cost and with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:Ruggedparts are molded on both upper and lower press dies 11, 12 for pressing so that the rugged parts of similar pattern are molded on the metallic sheet. The rugged part at the end part of one of the pressed surfaces 11a, 12a are molded more shallowly than those at the end part of the other surface. When the metallic sheet 10 is pressed by above dies 11, 12, press works are performed successively in plural times from one end part of the metallic sheet 10 to the other end part. In this case, a part pressed first by the end part of one of the pressed surfaces 11a, 12a should be pressed doubly by the end part of the other surface. Accordingly, a part pressed on the metallic sheet 10 adjacent to the press dies 11, 12 is pressed shallowly once by the end part of one of the pressed surfaces 11a, 12a, then, pressed deeply by the end part of the other of the pressed surfaces 11a, 12a.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate construction and decrease the number of parts of each armouring heat-insulative metal panel by providing a heat-insulator panel on the reverse face of a metal plate in such a manner is being integrated therewith, and forming connecting portions at both side end portions of the metal plate, and also forming a water-receiving channel in the reverse face of either of both connecting portions of the heat-insulator plate. CONSTITUTION:A connecting portion 13 is formed on one side portion of a metal plate 11 and a connecting portion 14 on the other side portion. A heat-insulator plate 12 is stuck to the reverse face of the metal plate 11 and integrated therewith. A water- receiving channel 20 having a roughly U-shaped cross section is formed in the reverse face of the connecting portion 16. Armouring heat-insulative metal panels 10 thus formed are each placed on a bed material 22 and joined together in their vertical and horizontal directions to form a roof. At the horizontal connecting portions of the panels 10 the connecting portions 14 of adjacent panels are laid on the connecting portion 13 during construction and the end portion 21 of the heat-insulator plate is joined to the water-receiving channel 20. Rain water that leaks from each connecting portion 13,14 when fanned by the wind is allowed to flow through the water-receiving channel 20 and drops into an engagement portion 18 and allowed to flow onto the metal plate 11 of each panel.

The side edges of these water, receiving recessed parts are butted against each other so as to fit/cover the upper parts of the water receiving recessed parts with a plate-like cover joint having trailing ribs on both sides separately from a panel main body.
