    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex facility of a concrete retaining wall, a guide fence and a wheel guiding fence, which is effective for both small and large vehicles and is surely improved in a guiding function of a collision vehicle.
      SOLUTION: The complex facility includes: a concrete retaining wall 6 having a hole part 5 for embedding a support 4 at a top part 3; the support 4 erected in the hole part 5; a main beam 7 horizontally installed inside a road 2 of the support 4; and a wheel guide fence 8 disposed below the main beam 7. The wheel guide fence 8 is disposed along the curve formed of the main beam 7 at a road curved section, and bendably bonded at the center of the support 4. The interval between the top part of the concrete retaining wall 6 and the wheel guide fence 8 and the interval between the wheel guide fence 8 and the main beam 7 lower end are each set to 250 mm or less, while the distance between the top part 3 of the concrete retaining wall 6 and the top end of the main beam 7 is set to 650 mm or more.
