    • PURPOSE:To produce a reinforced plastic wheel having sufficient mechanical strength, by connecting molds having the same configuration in series, and winding line materials impregnated with a synthetic resin on a gap section between the molds, followed by shaping and hardening. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of line materials 60 are passed through synthetic nozzles 61 to be wound onto a boss section 21 of the mold 20a, and after a certain amount of the line materials 60 are wound, a second mold 20a is engaged with the previous mold 20a. Then the line materials 60 are wound on the boss section and the outer circumferential section of the second mold 20a. In this manner, the molds 20a having the same configuration are successively connected which is followed by winding of the line materials 60. After the completion of the winding of the line materials 60, shaping, hardening and cutting are carried out, the molded articles are taken out. Thus, the reinforced plastic wheel having sufficient mechanical strength can be produced.

    • PURPOSE:To mass-produce dissimilar diameter pipes of arbitrary shapes easily and surely by rotating and revoling plural pieces of rollers on the outside circumference of a blank material pipe, thereby compressing the same. CONSTITUTION:Rotary drums 2 and 3 are rotatavely driven respectively independently by driving means 12. The root ends 41 of oscillating levers 4 are mounted freely rotatably on the inside circumference of the 1st rotary drum 2 by way of bearings 21, and rollers 5 are mounted freely rotatably to the free ends 42 of the levers 4. Cam grooves 311 of roughly a triangle shape are provided on the outside surface of the side walls 31 of the 2nd rotary drum 3, and projections 421 are provided to the free ends 42 of the levers 4. These projections 421 engage with the cam grooves 311 freely slidably. The levers 4 oscillate periodically between the angles of a maximum limit. A blank pipe P is inserted into the clearance of the rollers 5, and is formed to various dissimilar diameter pipes by controlling the feed rate of the pipe P and the oscillation rate of the levers 4.

    • PURPOSE:To manufacture a reinforced plastic tuhe of a high quality and a wide variety of dimensions by hardening a liquid-state synthetic resin by inserting the reinforcement material wound around the circumferential face of a core string hanged down vertically into a receiving mold containing the liquid synthetic resin injicted thereto. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcement material 12 is wound in a multi-layer configuration while transferring a core string 11 hanged down vertically up and down in a preliminary forming process 1. Subsequently, the core string 11 is inserted to a receiving mold 21 hanged down vertically and conlaining a predetermined amount of the liquid-state synthetic resin injected thereto in an exciting and pressing process 2, and the resin is impregnated into the reinforced material 12 by giving a vibration to the mold 21. Next, the core string 11 and mold 21 formed integrally are transferred to a hardening process 3 in which the preliminary plastic product impregnated with resin is hardened by a heating and thereafter is divided into the mold 21 and core string 11 integral with a plastic product 10 in a demolding process 4. Then, the core string 11 integral with the plastic product 10 is divided into the core string 11 and plastic product 10 in a separating process 5. The mold 21 is transforred, after washing in washing step 6, to a plastic injection step 7.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an vibration pressing-in device comprising a received type supporting movable, vertical support, a mechanism for a vertically movable carriage holding a core and an exciting mechanism thereof, for impregnating a liquid-state synthetic resin to an auxiliary plastic product of a reinforcement material uniformly and effectively. CONSTITUTION:A receiving mold 21 being injected a predetermined amount of liquid-state synthetic resin is mounted on a supporting bed 233 of a movable vertical-support 23 and a metallic core 11 carrying a reinforcement is carried by a chuck 242 to be hanged down vertically. Subsequently, a sprocket 255 is driven in one direction by driving a motor 251 of a driving mechanism 25 to lower a carriage 24 by utilizing a chain 256, and the metallic core 11 is inserted into the receiving mold 21. A vibrator 262 is also driven at the same time when the motor 251 is driven, and the resin is impregnated to the reinforcement by vibrating a support 23 up or down, when the metallic core 11 has been completely inserted to the mold 21, the motor 251 and vibrator 262 are stopped and the vibrator 262 is released to permit the carriage 24 to be lifted up to a predetermined height.
