摘要： PURPOSE: To effectively obtain a mold made of a synthetic resin which can be repeatedly used as well as has easy mold releasing property by a method wherein a hollow part is formed during a main mold made of the synthetic resin is produced and a separate mold is produced by utilizing said hollow part.
CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin material 12 such as an epoxy resin or the like is poured into an outer frame 10 and, thereafter, enclosed in a heating furnace along with a surface plate 9 to be heated and, thereby, said synthetic resin material 12 is cured to form a main mold 2. From the resultant main mold, models 13, 14, 15 are respectively drawn out to form a mold releasing films 33, 34, 35 on inner surfaces of hollow parts 23, 24, 25 formed in the main mold by a means such as coating of a mold releasing agent. Subsequently, in said hollow parts 23, 24, 25, synthetic resin materials 43, 44, 45 same to the aforementioned resin are respectively poured and, after curing drawn out and separated from those hollow parts 23, 24, 25. Finally, if an original mold 17 is drawn out, a desired mold 1 made of the synthetic resin is obtained.
