    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal porous body without breaks or cracks used for an electrode base plate for a battery, a filter or the like.
      SOLUTION: The metal porous body is obtained by applying conductivity treatment, and then applying electric plating on the surface of a resin porous body, and removing the resin porous body. The resin porous body is subjected to at least a kind of surface treatment selected from a group composed of chromic acid solution treatment, alkali solution treatment, flame treatment, ultraviolet irradiation treatment, plasma treatment, and corona discharge treatment before the resin porous body is applied with conductivity treatment.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure for cell structure porous metal material capable of installing and fixing the same along a surface of a fixed member made of material not resistant against heat such as FRP and plastic without limited to metal and inorganic material, and of firmly fixing one another.
      SOLUTION: This installation structure is for arranging porous metal material having a cell structure on a first surface of the fixed material and fixing the same. The porous metal material includes a compressed recessed part compressed and formed toward the fixed member side, and has an attachment hole passing through the porous metal material at the compressed recessed part. An axial body fixed on the first surface of the fixed member passes through the attachment hole at the compressed recessed part. A projection end part of the axial body includes a flange part pressing the porous metal material toward the fixed member in the compressed recessed part. Adhesive is applied on the first surface of the fixed member, and a part of the porous metal material is put in an adhesive layer.

      SOLUTION: The heat resistant aluminum alloy wire has a composition comprising, by weight, 0.20 to 0.40% Zr, 0.10 to 0.40% Fe, 0.003 to 0.10% alkaline-earth metal elements and 0.005 to 0.02% Ti, and the balance Al with impurities.
