    • PURPOSE:To shorten remarkably the winding time of the wound core to a coil by a method wherein two formed wound cores are wound at the same time by a common winding belt around a pair of leg parts of a coil preliminary wound and formed. CONSTITUTION:Formed and wound two cores 3, 33 are equipped respectively to supporting spools 2, 32 rotation freely by supporting rollers 2a, 32a. Both leg parts 5a, 5b of the coil 5 are fixed as to face with the wound cores 3, 33 respectively. Then the ends of the outermost circumferential layers 11, 38 of the wound cores 3, 33 are fixed temporary at parts X, Y passing the inside of the coil leg parts 5a, 5b, and are made to hold large circular shape by guide poles 6, 36. The belt 8 is equipped in common to the outer circumference of the two circular shapes thereof, and after the wound cores 3, 33 are wound forming large circles having the same winding thickness, the guide poles 6, 36 are removed, the temporary fixing at the parts X, Y are released, and the belt 8 is driven moreover to wind the wound cores 3, 33 around the coil leg parts 5a, 5b at the same time by stability generated by elasticity of the wound cores.

    • PURPOSE:To smoothly wind a core, by rewinding a shaped wound core so that its innermost layer is located most outside and by winding the rewound core around a leg of a coil. CONSTITUTION:A turning force oriented in the direction of an arrow is applied to a shaped wound core 30 made of a silicon steel band. The wound core is rewound so that its innermost layer is located most outside. This results in providing a rewound core 3 in which the innermost and the outermost layers are replaced with each other. The rewound core 3 is placed on an inner drive roller 4. The end of the outermost layer of the core 3 is passed inside a leg 7 of a coil 5. Since the core 3 has a self- contracting property, it winds itself around the leg of the coil 5. Further turning forces are applied to the inner drive roller 4 and another drive roller 2 to transfer the core 3 toward the leg 7 of the coil 5. The core 3 is thus wound across the coil 5.
