    • PURPOSE:To mechanize work of the adhering step of a face plate with a wood frame and enable the face plate to be positioned accurately by a method wherein a suction tube, which fixes the face plate at a preset position by means of the suction force of a vacuum pump, is opened at the central part of a working table and, furthermore, a photoelectric tube for detecting the size of the face plate is provided on the working table on the opposite side of fixing pines. CONSTITUTION:A face plate 5 to be mounted on a wood frame 3 is set to the working table 13a of a positioning device 13 for the face plate. On the working table 13a, a plurality of fixing pins 13b for setting a position in the longitudinal direction of the face plate 5 are provided in such a manner as to be capable of freely rising and setting, and movable pin 13c for setting a position in the width direction of the face plate 5 is also provided so as to freely move the working table 13a right and left. Accordingly, by changing respectively the rising and setting position of the fixing pins 13b and the moving position of the movable pin 13c, the position of the face plates 5 of various sizes can be set, and the size of the face plate 5 can also be detected by the function of a photoelectric tube provided on the working table 13a. By this method, work of the adhesion of a face plate with a wood frame is mechanized, and the positioning of a face plate can be accurately done.

A spring means 11 made up of a spring 12, a spring reception base 13, and a spring reception 14 is arranged between the upper joint flange 3 and a nut 9, an engagement piece 17 functioning as a detent of the head 8 is provided on the lower joint flange 4, and a locking nut 16 on the fastening bolt 7. The standing bolt 7 is thus installed on the side of the upper member 1 under a standing condition, so that certain fastening and loosening, confirmation thereof are facilitated.

The treatment method also includes making a robot charge the article to be treated into the treatment step, transfer the phosphated chemical-conversion treated article into the post-treatment step, and take the post-treated article out from the post-treatment step.       SOLUTION: While a cylindrical wall part is formed in an uneven shape in which a part contacting the outer peripheral surface of a pipe P and a part separating therefrom are alternatively arranged, the uneven parts are successively formed in an axial direction of a cylinder. By so doing, a folded crease of the unevenly formed cylindrical wall part is widened, which eliminates necessity of a device, a fixture, a submaterial and work related to them. By turning the face contact into a line contact with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the pipe P, slide resistance is substantially reduced so that the mounting work onto the pipe P can be facilitated. After the mounting onto the pipe P, an air layer is formed between the pipe P and the pipe insulator 10 to exhibit heat insulation effect. As a result, the thickness of the pipe insulator can be made thinner than that of conventional one.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a bolt/nut fastening mechanism which can easily demount a fastening bolt from a holding body by composing the stopper of at least two divided bodies, and fixing the stopper by means of an independent stopping ring. CONSTITUTION:A receiving seat 57 and a stopping ring 10 is sequentially installed around a shunk 3 of a fastening bolt 1. Afterward, they are sandwiched by means of divided bodies of a stopper 9 along the shunk 3, and inserted into a tubular hollow space 6h of a holding body 6 on which a spring 58 is mounted. The stopper 9 is fittingly inserted until it abuts against a stepped portion 7a of a fitting recession 7, and then fixed by means of the stopping ring 10. In the case that the fastening bolt 1 is pulled from the holding body 6 and separated therefrom, a tool such as a cutting plier is inserted from a gap in respect to the spring 58 for sandwiching a hanging hole of the stopping ring and reducing a diameter thereof. When the stopping ring 10 is removed from a circular groove 8, the stopper 9 is disengaged. The fastening bolt 1 is pulled together with the stopper 9 by elasticity of the spring.

At the pressure release time of the movable ruler the pressing part 15 is guided to the upper part and the panel body can be carried out from the foundation base part 11.

The pressed material 5 is placed on a support 7, secured by a pressing shoe 8, cut at the end face 5a by a cutter 9, and then cut at another longitudinal end face 5a to form a regular right angle at the central angle including the two end faces 5a. To semi-fabricated products are butt welded, the welded final product is secured to a pressing jig by a band 11, so cut that the length of the end faces of both sides becomes a predetermined length by a cutting tool 10 to form a unit flask member.

By making the clutch plate 18d of a rotating mechanism 18 and the clutch plate of a motor engage with each other, the rotating mechanism 18 is operated and thus a screw shaft 17 is rotated in order to move the movable rule 13 toward the panel bodies P, so that the contact part 15B of the movable rule 13 comes into contract with the end surfaces of the panel bodies, and each panel body P is compression- clamped as the movable rule 13 advances and, therefore, the joint end surfaces of each panel body P are adhered firmly so as to be integrated thereby.
