By detecting the short circuit in the shielding wire caused by breakage in the outside-insulation material, the short circuit can be diagnosed in the battery wire in advance.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a damage due to heat under severe conditions by freely fitting an inner cylinder to the inner periphery of the flame stabilizing cylinder part of a cylindrical body, welding the front end edge of the cylindrical body to that of the inner cylinder and welding the peripheral edge of a multiple flame hole plate to the rear end edge of the inner cylinder. SOLUTION: A substantially disk shaped multiple burner port plate 5 whose peripheral edge part is restricted to a dish shape is provided near the front end of a cylindrical body 4. The front side part of the multiple burner port plate 5 serves as a flame stabilizing cylinder 6 for sticking the root part of a flame thereto upon combustion. In the flame stabilizing cylinder part 6, an inner cylinder 7 made of stainless steel is freely fitted to the inner periphery of the cylindrical body 4. The front end edge of the inner cylinder 7 is welded to the front end edge of the cylindrical body 4 by argon welding. The peripheral edge of the multiple burner port plate 5 made of stainless steel is fixed to the rear end edge of the inner cylinder 7 by argon welding. Thus, a damage can be prevented even under severe conditions due to heat.
