    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding mechanism of sheet, with a reduced area occupied by a hopper on an apparatus capable preventing jamming when taking out sheets such as envelopes from the hopper and feeding the envelopes to the next process and to provide an one-unit type feeder having the feeding mechanism. SOLUTION: A hopper portion 2 is constituted to set envelopes 3 to be stacked therein, and a bottom portion 22 of the hopper portion 2 has an opening 23 of a predetermined size for forcibly pulling out the envelopes 3 downward therefrom. For pulling out the envelopes, air suction portions 41 is disposed at an elevator portion 4 to suck and pull out the envelopes 3 when the elevator portion 4 is lowered. Carrier belts 9 are disposed to be parallel with each other on both sides of the elevator portion 4 in a lowering direction of the elevator portion 4. When the elevator portion 4 is lowered, the carrier belts 9 forcibly separate the envelopes 3 from each other. The above mechanisms, and a control unit 13 or an air pump 14 or the like are equipped in one movable casing.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality inspecting device which inspects the print state of an article label stuck on a food pack having its print contents changed with time. SOLUTION: The quality inspecting device is equipped with a master image generating means which extracts correct article data as a decision standard printed on base paper of good quality having an essential display, an inspected image generating means which extracts inspected article data printed on the base paper, and a quality decision means which subtracts part or the whole of the inspected image from the master image and decides and displays whether or not the inspected image is good, and comprises a scanner 1 which picks up an image of an inspected body, an image processing unit 3 which decides the quality by comparing the inspected image inputted through the scanner 1 with the registered master image, and a monitor 4 which displays the comparison result. For master image generation and inspected image generation, article data are extracted through subtraction processing for images. When the decision result is displayed, parts different from the whole range of comparison are displayed in a different color.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the particle distributed condition for particles such as spacer particles used in a liquid crystal display plate, etc. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display plate 11 is configured so that an array base board 111 on which an electrode corresponding to a thin-film transistor is formed and a counter-electrode 112 are positioned opposingly while a number of spacer particles 13 are interposed, and in the gap between them a liquid crystal is put sealedly. The obtained liquid crystal display plate 11 is illuminated by an illuminator 14, and the image of reflected light from the particles 13 is pitched up by a TV camera 15 and subjected to an image processing by an image processing device 16 for binary coding, and the number of reflected beams of light are counted per unit area by a data display 17 to serve for judgment of the particles scattered condition. At this time, the display plate 11 is installed on a moving table 12 and image pich up is conducted on the basis of the scanning associated with its movement. A calibrator plate 18 is installed on the moving table 12, and the light quantity from the illuminator 14 is measured by a light quantity measuring device 19, and measuring parameters of binary level are set automatically.
