摘要： PURPOSE:To enable wear and malfunction of a packing at the side of a crank chamber and a packing at the side of a valve chamber to be found, by disposing a water passing tube at an intermediate portion of both the packings and between a discharge port provided with a cylinder and a water suction passage which can detect water leakage in the inside. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 2 is provided with a leaked water discharge port 13 positioned at an intermediate portion of a packing 11 at the side of a crank chamber 1 (vacuum portion) and a high pressure portion packing 12 at the side of a valve chamber 4. A water passing tube 15 made of a transparent member and the like capable of detecting water passing in the inside is detachably disposed between the discharge port 13 and a water suction passage 6. With such as arrangement, if there is wear and the like in the high pressure portion packing 12 at the side of the valve chamber 4 which a plunger 3 operates, leaked water is discharged through the discharge port 13. In addition, if there is wear and the like in the packing 11 at the side of the crank chamber 11 at the vacuum portion, air is leaked and the air in mixed with the leaked water. Such a state can be viewed through the water passing tube 15 and then repair of respective portions and change of parts can be effected without disassembling a pump.
