摘要： PURPOSE:To scrape down earth, stuck to a wall body, by an earth carrying-out plate moved through a casing pipe by a method wherein at least a part of the wall body of a hopper device is oscillatorily supported at the lower end thereof and the wall body is caused to approach or part from the casing pipe. CONSTITUTION:When earth is stuck to the inner surfaces of a wall body 21 and a forced plate 24 and the earth is rendered incapable of being guided in a casing pipe, a cylinder 27 is expanded and driven and the forced plate 24 is moved in a direction to approach a casing pipe 4d around a pin 25 serving as a fulcrum. As a result, earth adhered on the inner surface of the forced plate 24 is caused to approach the casing pipe 4d side, and the adhered earth is scraped down by an earth carrying-out plate 1 moved through the casing pipe 4d from above toward below. Thereafter, the cylinder 27 is driven for contraction, and the forced plate 24 is separated away from the casing pipe 4d and returned to an original position.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent side runout in the present conveyor for a steeply inclined shaft by forming projections and recesses which are respectively engaged with Nos. 1 and 2 conveyor belts, return rollers and carrier rollers. CONSTITUTION:A projection A1 having a trapezoidal section is formed on the surface coming into contact with return rollers 64, 75 on the outer surface of No.1. Belt A, and a recess 64a, 75a is formed on the return rollers 64, 75 which engages with the projection A1, and the belt A is guided by the engagement of the both. Things are the same with No.2 belt. In carrier rollers not shown on the drawing, recesses are formed similarly to engage with the projections of the belt. The side runout of the belt can be prevented by guiding with the engagement of the projections on the belt and the recesses in rollers.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable execution of rapid transfer in an arbitrary direction to an arbitrary position through simple constitution, by a method wherein, in a transfer device for soil having carrier bodies moved through a cylinder body, a feed means is situated to the end part of the cylinder body on the upper stream in a moving direction and a discharge port is formed on the downstream side. CONSTITUTION:A wire 3 is run by means of a drive wheel 6, and transfer bodies 5 are moved within a cylinder body 1 in the direction of an arrow mark. This constitution pushes up a substance S to be conveyed in a charge hopper 2 within the cylinder body 1 by means of the transfer bodies 5. At an upper horizontal part 1a, the substance to be conveyed is released from the cylinder body 1 and is discharged in a discharge hopper 7. The transfer body 5 is returned to a lower horizontal part 1b through a return pipe 4. The substance S to be conveyed in the discharge upper 7 is conveyed by means of a belt conveyor 8. This constitution enables execution of transfer in an arbitrary direction to an arbitrary position through simple constitution.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire-pull conveyor with a large loading amount at low cost by constituting a conveyor body out of a movable member, forming a string type body connected to both its ends through a plurality of lifting metal fittings, and equipping plural pairs of rollers which clamp the string type body at a head part, a tail part, and a middle part from the vertical direction. SOLUTION: The conveyor belt 2 of a conveyor body 1 is constituted of movable members such as wire net, cloth and synthetic rubber. One end of lifting hardware 3 is bolted to both the ends of the conveyor belt 2. String type bodies, or wire ropes 4, are fitted to the other ends of a plurality of the lifting hardware 3 to hold them. When an article (W) to be carried is loaded onto the conveyor belt 2, the conveyor belt 2 curves downward. Longitudinal tension occurs at the lifting hardware 3, and the wire ropes 4 try to come off from an annular groove 34a in a wire receiving roller 34, however tire rollers 35 which clamp the wire ropes 4 together with the roller 34 suppress it and prevent it from being lifted and coming off.

CONSTITUTION:When extending an inner frame with the progress of excavation, a motor 44a rotates clockwise to raise a movable frame 38a in No.1 belt A (No.2 belt is omitted as the operation is the same). Then, lower guide rollers 39a-39e also go up to extend the belt A in proportion to the amount of slide of the inner frame. In retracting the inner frame, the motor 44a is reversed to lower the movable frame 38a, to have the lower guide rollers 39a-39e lowered proportionately and to house the belt in between the upper and lower guide rollers. The follow-up property to the conveyor can be improved by this constitution.

CONSTITUTION:When muck is thrown charged into a hopper 33, it is carried by a first belt A, then held between the first and the second belts A, B, both the ends thereof are pressed by press rollers 78, 78, it is guided by a carrier roller 77 to an upper portion and carried to an external case 60. While it is held by both the belts, A, B, it is guided by the carrier roller of the external case 60 and both the ends are pressed by the press roller and it is carried upward. According to this constitution, the muck can be carried out only by the two belts, so that the constitution is simplified, a trouble is reduced and an operability can be improved.
