    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a joint rotation phenomenon by rotating a main stirring wing fitted perpendicularly to a rod body in the plane perpendicular to the rod body axis, and rotating an auger-shaped auxiliary stirring wing assembled in the main stirring wing and provided around a shaft along the longitudinal direction of the main stirring wing. SOLUTION: A nearly rectangular notch section is bored along the longitudinal direction in a main stirring wing 12, and an auger-shaped auxiliary stirring wing 20 is installed in it. When the auxiliary stirring wing 20 is rotated with its auxiliary stirring shaft used as the axis, a spiral band material 24 is rotated to cut the peripheral ground in the direction other than the horizontal direction, the sticking of sediment to the main stirring wing 12 is prevented, and the stirring effect is improved. When this spiral band material 24 is rotated in the prescribed direction, the sediment kept in contact with the face of the band material 24 is shifted to the outside of the radial direction of a rod body 11, and the sticking of sediment to the periphery of the rod body 11 can be prevented. A joint rotation phenomenon can be prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ditcher which can dig a ditch in which a slope frame is embedded and installed efficiently and at low construction cost. SOLUTION: A ditcher for slope frame installation is provided with a guide rail 1 which is provided at the predetermined height on the ground 15 and substantially in parallel on the ground and a base 17 which has a wheel 2 in contact with a lower side of the guide rail 1 and is provided on the ground 15. It consists of a swing base 18 which is supported and stored in the base 17 in such a manner that it can swing downward, a rotation drive source 3 which is provided on the swing base 18 and has a decelerator which decelerates rotation, a rotary digging blade 4 which is provided on the swing base 18, protrudes downward from the base 17 due to the transmission of rotation torque from the decelerator and downward swinging of the swing base 18, and is rotated to dig the ground 15, and a winch which is put and fixed on the ground 15 and pulls the base 17 through a rope on the ground 15.
