摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plaster containing at least one kind of non-steroidal antiinflammatory analgesic agents belonging to phenylpropionic acid and selected from among ibuprofen, ketoprofen, suprofen, loxoprofen sodium, fenoprofen and flurbiprofen or diclofenac sodium or piroxicam and having excellent storage stability of the drug component. SOLUTION: At least one kind of non-steroidal antiinflammatory analgesic agents belonging to phenylpropionic acid and selected from among ibuprofen, ketoprofen, suprofen, loxoprofen sodium, fenoprofen and flurbiprofen or diclofenac sodium or piroxicam is dissolved in polyethylene glycol and homogeneously dispersed in a tacky substrate to obtain a plaster having excellent storage stability of the non-steroidal antiinflammatory analgesic agent included in the tacky substrate.

The edge of the zipper, which is thermally bonded together with the sheet materials, comprises strongly bonded portions and weakly bonded portions, which are alternately formed. In the bag with zipper, a recess 41b is provided at a location on the surface thereof corresponding to the engaging part between the male zipper parts and the female zipper parts, constituting the resin zipper. The resin zipper can be easily fabricated by using a seal bar 41 wherein a plurality of strongly bonded ribs 42 extending inwardly from either edge of the recess 41b are disposed at predetermined intervals.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject plaster preparation capable of efficiently percutanously absorbing diclofenac sodium and free from problem of irritation to skin by formulating diclofenac sodium with a specific fatty acid. SOLUTION: This oily plaster preparation for external use is obtained by formulating a tacky base for preparation with a 10-18C fatty acid which is liquid at ordinary temperature and isostearic acid. Caprylic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid or linolenic acid is preferable as the fatty acid. A composition comprising 30-50 wt.% styrene-isoprene-styrene block polymer, 25-50 wt.% tackiness-providing resin and 0.1-2 wt.% antioxidant is preferable as the tacky base. The formulation ratio of diclofenac sodium is preferably 0.5-6 wt.% and formulation ratio of a mixture of isostearic acid with the fatty acid is preferably 2-15 wt.% and mix ratio of isostearic acid to the fatty acid is preferably (8:2) to (4:6).
