摘要： PURPOSE:To simply obtain a surface of a metallic material improving the adhesion of coating by subjecting the metallic material to electrolysis including one or more anodic electrolysis processes in an aq. soln. of a silane coupling agent. CONSTITUTION:A metallic material such as a stainless steel sheet is properly degreased, washed and subjected to electrolysis including at least one anodic electrolysis process in an aq. soln. of a silane coupling agent such as N-beta-(aminoethyl)-gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane. The metallic material may be subjected to alternating electrolysis by which anodic electrolysis and cathodic electrolysis are alternately repeated. A very thin film of the silane coupling agent is formed on the surface of the metallic material and surface treatment ensuring superior adhesion of coating can be attained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance cutting precision by descending a gage table by the thickness of a plate at each cutting. CONSTITUTION:A hoop 2 wound around a pay off reel 1 is sent to a gage table 20, contacted with a pushing gage 17 and stopped, and a loop 8 is formed on a hump table 4. At this time the contact between the hoop 2 and the table 4 is separated, and a space (a) is formed. At this instant, the space (a) is sensed by a sensor 10, a cutting command is issued to a cutter 5 and the cutting is made. When the cutter 5 is operated, the sensor is turned on, a hoisting and descending mechanism 30 is driven, and the table 20 is lowered by the thickness of the plate. Thus, the difference (h) between the level of a cutting edge and the level of raw material is kept constant at all times, and the plates 19 having a precise length can be cutoff. In the meanwhile, the formed loop 8 is fed at a speed faster than the speed set for the hoop 2 by a magnet feed roll 11 when the cutting edge is opened. Therefore, the cutting operation can be performed at a high speed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the beautiful wound iron core never causing the looseness of the winding, by applying the linear welding to the material hoop while giving it a tension, and by removing the bent terminal end of the material hoop from the brittle weld zone, at the winding work for the wound iron core. CONSTITUTION:The material hoop 1 is formed into the wound iron core of a specified thickness while giving a tension to the material hoop 1 by the tension pad 2; then, the outermost layer and the next layer of the hoop 1 are almost linearly welded in the lateral direction. Next, the hoop 1 under this condition, is cut off 3 leaving behind the terminal end part 5; after that, the tension is released and the terminal end part 5 is bent to break as shown by the arrow 9; hereby, the product 10 is obtained. In this case, the weld zone is so brittle because of its casting structure that it is possible to bend and break the terminal end part 5 from the weld zone by several repetition of the bending work. Besides, the burr at the broken part is ground off by the sand paper, etc., to finish into almost flat surface.
