摘要： PURPOSE:To enable continuous welding to be performed with compact equipment at high effciency by separately feeding and positioning a washer and handle ring, mounting these to a welding head, pressing a top plate onto this washer and performing projection welding. CONSTITUTION:A top plate (a) is intermittently sent to a lift device 9 by a transfer-in device 8. A washer 2 is detached from a washer feeder 41 and is inserted onto a welding head 38. The handle ring 1 fed from a handle ring feeder 42 is inserted and fitted to this washer 2. When the welding head 38 comes to under the lift device 9 by the intermittent rotation of a turret 3, the top plate (a) having been fed into the lift device is lowered together with a guide rail 34 and while the welding portion of the bottom surface of the top plate (a) is being pressure-contacted and pressed to the washer 2', the washer is lowered together with the welding head 38 and is contacted to an electrode. Thereby, the leg parts of the washer 2 are projection-welded to the top plate (a) with the handle ring 1 in-between without any position deviation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the interruption time of iron plates and permit sequential feeding by transferring the laminated iron plates placed on pallets to the specified position on the working line, letting them float, sheet by sheet, from the iron plate of the uppermost layer and conveying these under suction. CONSTITUTION:The two pallets 12, 12 placed thereon with laminated iron plates are loaded on the right and left conveyors 10, 10 of a movable frame 4. The pallet 12 on one conveyor 10 is carried from this state onto the conveyor 14. Here, the pallet 12 is lifted by a life device 15, and with the uppermost end of the laminated iron plates 11 being held at a fixed level, the iron plates are floated, sheet by sheet, from the iron plate of the uppermost stage, by magnet floaters 19, 19 and are taken out by a suction conveying device 17. When the taking-out of the specified sheet number of the iron plates is completed, the lift 15 is lowered to place the pallet 12 on the conveyor 14, thence it is returned onto the emptied conveyor 10. The next pallet 12 is treated in the same manner.
