摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storing nib type capless fountain-pen which has an easily retractable nib and a simple mechanism of covering the opening of the pen and yet is good looking and is endowed with the ease of usage. SOLUTION: The external tubular housing 1, the half of which one end is closed by the fixed wall 1a, and it has in its inside an circularly movable internal tubular housing 2 which is also closed at one end with a semi-circular shape wall 2a. Inside of the internal tubular housing the sleeve 3, holding the unit 4 with the nib 5 and attachable to the ink cartridge, is fabricated in the axial direction and so as to move freely circumferentially. The protuberance 10 which comes out of the sleeve 3 goes through the vertical slot 9 of the internal housing and passes through the circumferential slot 7 or the vertical slot 8 which intersects with the slot 7 of the outer housing. The fountain-pen, from the status with the end of the housings completely closed by the two walls, is turned axially 180 degrees with its protuberance 10, the two slots lap and the nib 5 comes out when the protuberance is advanced.
