A portion of the flexible board corresponding to a predetermined length immediately after the portion exposed from the upper casing 1 is adhered to a sliding-supporting plate 21 via an adhesive member so as to prevent bending of the flexible board exposed from the upper casing 1. Consequently, even if sliding movement is executed before the end of the rotational movement of the upper casing, it is possible to prevent such trouble that the flexible board is damaged by being rubbed with the lower casing.
