摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problem that cable wirings for acquiring a large quantity of patient data in a surgery room or the like and transmitting to an evaluation unit are complicated and rob a surgeon or a clinical staff of freedom.
SOLUTION: A patient monitoring apparatus includes more than one transducer for one patient, one transmission device for one patient and one reception device which is remote therefrom and to which one evaluation unit is connected. The transmission unit has a memory and stores one identification code. The reception unit has the memory and has one keypad used to input one identification code into its memory. One radio link between the transmission unit and the reception unit is set up only when the identification codes are identical. If the radio link is interrupted for a prescribed period, the identification code in the reception unit is automatically erased, and can be set up again only after the appropriate identification code is inputted again to the reception unit. The radio link operates on the basis of a blue tooth protocol.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulation valve showing the flow rate in fluids with different viscosities. SOLUTION: The medical regulation valve for adjusting the flow rate in a drip infusion or transfusion procedure has a housing 2 having a valve chamber 21, and toward the valve chamber 21 an inlet connecting piece and an outlet connecting piece 22 and 23 open. A rotating piece has a cylindrical valve plug 41 which can be inserted in the valve chamber 21 to form a seal. The valve plug has, on its outer periphery, at least one groove 42 and 43 opposite the connecting pieces 22 and 23 connecting the connecting pieces with one another in terms of flow and having a cross-section changing in the peripheral direction. An annular disc 3 overlaps the valve chamber 21 and has, on its side facing the rotating piece 4, a number of markings 35, 36 and 37 lying on concentric circles. Provided on the rotating piece 4 are a number of windows 45, 46 and 47 which are offset with respect to each other in the peripheral and radial directions, each being opposite one of the markings 35, 36 and 37.
