SOLUTION: A holder 3 is set in a flocking tank 2 housing a flocking pile of arbitrary color, and this flocking tank 2 is set in a box 11 of a fiber flocking machine body. A motor 16 is moved and its rotating shaft is projected into the box 11 to engage it with the holder 3. Further, adhesive is applied to the surface of an article to be flocked, which is fitted to the holder 3, and a high voltage generator 100 is actuated and positive high voltage is applied to a flocking tank electrode 22 and the article to be flocked is connected to the ground to raise the flocking pile and adhere it to the adhesive of the article to be flocked. After that, the flocking tank is removed, and another flocking tank housing a flocking pile of another color is fitted to the box 11 so that it is replaced with it.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent cobwebbing of molten resin in mold opening by allowing temperature of a valve pin to be appropriately raised, and to allow next shot to be performed while a resin film is attached to a pin tip end of the valve pin.
      SOLUTION: A first mold 2 is provided with a spool bush 13 having a spool outlet 15 opened to a runner 7 between both molds, a spool inlet 14 in the deep part of the first mold 2 and a spool inner circumference surface 17. A second mold 3 is provided with the valve pin 19 which forms a cylindrical space 16 between itself and the spool inner circumference surface 17 when the pin tip end 24 advances from the spool outlet 15 into the spool bush 13 in a mold closed time, and in this state allows a pin tip end face to open the spool inlet 14 at the injection time, and allows the pin tip end face to close the spool inlet 14 at injection finished time. An anchor part 26 into which resin cuts in is formed on an outer circumference surface of the pin tip end 24. The injection molding apparatus 1 is used for injection molding.

      SOLUTION: This mixing tip for the injection nozzle, which is arranged in a sprue part in the injection nozzle allowing the passage of a molten resin, performs the mixing of the molten resin by imposing restrictions on the channel of the molten resin. The mixing tip has tapered parts which are formed at front and back ends, reepsctively; and the tapered parts at the front and back ends are formed at different angles different from each other, so as to be capable of being arranged in the sprue part in such a manner that longitudinal directions are interchanged.
