摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for analyzing the quality of a liquid, determining whether fuel oil is suitable for use in the engine of a ship within the ship until the whole amount of the fuel oil is loaded in the ship, for example, in the case where the liquid to be analyzed is the fuel oil of the ship. SOLUTION: The device for analyzing the quality of the liquid is equipped with: a density measuring part 18 for measuring the density of the fuel oil to be analyzed; a heating part 21 capable of heating the liquid to be analyzed to 50°C; a viscosity measuring part 19 for measuring the viscosity of the fuel oil heated to 50°C in the heating part 21; and an operational display part 17 for calculating a CCAI value using the density of the liquid at 15°C and the dynamic viscosity of the liquid at 50°C further obtained by the basis of the density measured value of the liquid obtained by the density measuring part 18 and the viscosity measured value of the liquid obtained in the viscosity measuring part 19, and outputting the density at 15°C, the dynamic viscosity at 50°C, and the CCAI value.
