    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windbreak substrate having windbreak property and air permeability at a degree not to destroy windbreak property, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The windbreak substrate is constructed by adhering a first substrate containing a fabric and/or a textile and a second substrate containing the fabric and/or the textile which sandwiches an elastomer layer having air permeability. The windbreak substrate can be manufactured by forming the elastomer layer on one side of the first substrate containing the fabric and/or the textile (an elastomer layer forming step), adding air permeability to the elastomer layer by applying tensile force to the elastomer layer (an air permeability adding step), and adhering the elastomer layer and the second substrate containing the fabric and/or the textile while maintaining air permeability (an adhesion step).

In this textile fiber structural product, the coating film thickness is 5-40 nm, the mixing weight ratio of the polymerizable monomer to the inorganic particles is 1:(0.4-1.0) and that of the polymerizable monomer to the sugar alcohol is 1:(0.01-0.1), and the inorganic particles are each 5-400 nm in size.
