SOLUTION: This mantle heater A is provided with a required heating wire pattern formed by sewing a surface of flexible, heat-resistive sheet-shaped core member 1 such as inorganic fiber blanket, heat resistive rubber sheet, using a heating wire 2 made of metalic, thin stranded wire as bobbin thread, and heat resistive yarn 3 made of glass fiber or the like as needle thread. Heat- resistive insulation sheet-shaped covering members 4 and 5 are laminated on the top and bottom faces of the core member 1 with this heating wire. Next, this laminate body is wrapped with a heat-resistive insulation sheet-shaped cover member 6 such as glass cloth-made one. Then a power source connection terminal or a connector is mounted on a lead wire led out from a part of the cover member 6.

CONSTITUTION:In the case of winding heat insulating material 3 around a pipeline 2 and covering the heat insulating material 3 with a covering pipe 1, the covering pipe 1 with covering material previously formed into cylindrical shape is prepared, and the heat insulating material 3 is wound around the pipeline 2 so as to have a larger diameter than the inner diameter of the covering pipe 1. On one end side of the pipeline 2, a diameter contracted part 9 smaller in diameter than the covering pipe 1 is formed at the heat insulating material along with the strip bodies 4. A long-sized body 5 is wound around the diameter contracted part 9, and the other end side of the long-sized body 5 is inserted through into the covering pipe 1. The strip bodies 4, the heat insulating material 3 and the pipeline 2 are fitted into the covering pipe 1 while being pulled from the diameter contracted part 9 side through the long-sized body 5, and then the strip bodies 4 are pulled out. The heat insulated pipeline can be thereby manufactured easily on the whole.

The whole of these is wrapped by a glass cloth-made cover member 3, a cloth-made belt having a fastener at a required portion of the cover member 3 and a belt guide are sewn. It is preferable that the cover member 3 employ a fluororesin coating glass cloth for the purpose of dust proof.
