摘要： PURPOSE: To passively immunize a mammal without causing serum disease or anaphylactic reaction by parenterally administering a heterologous antibody obtained from serum or a food product of a domesticated Bos animal specifically immunized to one of various kinds of antigens. CONSTITUTION: A heterologous antibody purified from milk of a Bos animal which has been immunized to a certain antigen is parenterally injected to a mammal (having the career of taking milk of such a domesticated Bos animal) for administering heterologous low-antigenic protein under conditions capable of preventing serum disease or an anaphylactic shock to passively immunize the mammal. Alternatively, after a substance having an enhanced titer to an antigen and obtained from milk of a Bos animal which has been immunized to the antigen is administered to a mammal until the mammal develops tolerance against the antibody, the antibody obtained from a Bos animal immunized to the antigen is parentally administered to the mammal in an immunologically effective dose to passively immunize it to the heterologous antigen.

摘要： PURPOSE: To establish a high resistant value and lymphokinen level by inoculating an amount of antibody material smaller than that used in a conventional immunizing method by introducing the antibody material into a molding structure of a bio-compatible matrix and transplanting the structure into a mammal. CONSTITUTION: An antibody is introduced into a solid molding product of a matrix comprising a bio-compatible, biodegradable or bio-erosive polymer material, e.g. polylactic acid, polyglycolic acid, poly(lactic acid-co-glycolic acid), polycaprolactone, poly(oxalic acid), polydioxanone, polyorthoester, or a salt thereof, and transplanted into a mammal by an intramuscular injection or a hypodermic injection in the method for immunizing a mammal. The antibody is gradually released from the matrix material for a long period in a regulated rate. This method is effectively used by applying the one to an animal belonging to bovine group to produce an antibody and a lymphokinen factor in the milk.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaccine containing an antibody originated from an immunized domestic fowl and enabling safe heterologous passive immunization of mammals without causing anaphylactic reaction, etc., by the administration to a mammal having immunity tolerance acquired by the intake of the above domestic fowl egg. SOLUTION: This vaccine suitable for parenteral administration is composed of (A) an antibody (preferably IgG antibody, etc.) of a domestic fowl (preferably chicken) immunized with an antigen (e.g. bacterial antigen and bee toxin) inducing a certain state to the mammal and (B) a carrier. It is originated from egg of a domestic fowl immunized with the above antigen and constructed to be administered to a mammal having tolerance acquired by the repeated feeding of the mammal with an immunotherapeutic food having an antibody titer sufficiently increased to enable the induction of the tolerance against the above antibody. The vaccine is preferably produced from the egg of a domestic fowl.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination composed of an immunized domestic fowl egg and a vaccine containing an antibody obtained from the fowl, giving tolerance against the antibody to mammals by the intake of egg and enabling heterologous passive immunization of mammals without causing anaphylactic reaction, etc. SOLUTION: This combination is produced by combining (A) a food (preferably egg) useful for immunotherapy, originated from egg of domestic fowl (preferably chicken) immunized against an antigen and containing an antibody having increased titer and (B) a passive vaccine for antigen containing an antibody (preferably IgG antibody, etc.) obtained from the above domestic fowl and a carrier. The component A is repeatedly administered to a mammal to induce the tolerance against the above antibody and, thereafter, the component B is administered to the mammal. Concretely, an egg of a hen immunized against bacteria such as S. mutans is orally administered to a mammal such as rabbit and IgG of immunized hen is administered to the mammal by intravenous injection.
