    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal wear of an inner face in the vicinity of a connection part of a straight pipe connected with an outlet side and to enable the application to high temperature environment and a field of food. SOLUTION: A wear-resistant hard metallic layer 20 is formed by build up welding on at least an outer face of an outer peripheral side of a curved part of a base material bend pipe 10 using a weldable metal as a raw material and having a wall thickness of 15.1 mm or less. A holding layer 30 is formed by build up welding austenitic stainless steel or austenitic manganese steel containing chromium and nickel from a surface of the wear-resistant hardened metallic layer 20 to a surface of the base material bend pipe 10. The wear- resistant hardened metallic layer 20 melts into the vicinity of an inner face of the base material bend pipe 10 to suppress abrupt wear of the inner face. The holding layer 30 has excellent heat resistance and holds the wear-resistant hardened metallic layer 20 in the base material bend pipe 20 under high temperature environment to prevent leakage through a crack occurring in the hard metallic layer.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wear resistant plate which is suitable as liner material of a swing chute or a movable armor plate used for the top part of a blast furnace, has small thickness and excellent wear resistance and can be used for simply manufacturing a curved-surface plate. SOLUTION: A porous plate 10 composed of easily weldable steel and having a honeycomb shape provided with a plurality of almost hexagonal penetrating holes 11 arranged in a zigzag state is manufactured. Wear resistant member 20 is filled into each penetrating hole 11 of the multi-hole plate 10 by cladding by welding. The easily weldable steel is an austenitic manganese steel having manganese as the main component. The material for cladding by welding is a composite material in which this austenitic manganese steel is used as a matrix and tungsten carbide grains are dispersed and mixed in the matrix so as to occupy 20-70% of the cross section.
