摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily switch the winding/unwinding by providing a holding groove to integratedly hold a stopper member to stop the sliding turn on each annular side part of a slender inner body and an outer body which is slidably rotated around its outer circumferential surface, and mounting a flange whose bottom part forms a horizontal surface on each end of the inner body. SOLUTION: In a double drum in which an inner drum 1 is inserted in an outer drum 2, and the outer drum 2 is slidably rotated around the outer circumferential surface of the inner drum 1, and holding grooves 6, 7 capable of integratedly holding a stopper member 5 to stop the slidable rotation are provided on annular side surface parts 3, 4 of the inner and outer drums. Octagonal flanges 8, 9 whose bottom part forms a horizontal surface are mounted on each end of the inner drum 1. The inner and outer drums are rotated together with each other to wind the cable while holding the cable by the stopper member 5 capable of being inserted in the holding grooves 6, 7. During the unwinding operation, the stopper member 5 is detached, and only the outer drum 2 is rotated. The flanges 8, 9 are support bases because their bottom part is horizontal, and can be stably placed.
