    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a function by arranging a light-accumulating plastic body and a light-condensing plastic body whose upper side face is opened into the recess of the top face of a block in a fast stuck shape. SOLUTION: The block 1 for pavement is constituted by fixing prismatic light- condensing plastic bodies 6 whose top faces are formed in the same surfaces as the top faces of block bodies 4 for pavement, and prismatic light-accumulating plastic bodies 8 whose top faces are placed at sections lower than the top faces of the block bodies 4 and in which grooves are formed among the light-accumulating plastic bodies 8 and the light-condensing plastic bodies 6, into grooved recessed sections formed to the top faces of the block bodies 4 for pavement in a parallel shape. The blocks 1 are paved at both end sections of a passage way 2 while the top faces are formed in the same surfaces as normal blocks 3 for pavement. The light-condensing plastic bodies 6 condense solar rays and edge sections on the groove sides emit light, and the light-accumulating plastic bodies 8 accumulate solar rays, and emit light at night through the light-accumulating plastic bodies 8 and the light-condensing plastic bodies 6. Accordingly, light is emitted at day and night and stability can be improved, and light can be emitted efficiently and finely because the upper side faces of the light- condensing plastic bodies 6 are opened, and the groove sections can be utilized as drain gutters and non-slips.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appearance by preventing the occurrence of blinding or fouling on the surface of a block by forming a plurality of grooves on the top surface of a porous block finished with a non-permeable surfacing material and permeating rain water from the side wall of the grooves. SOLUTION: A plurality of V-shaped grooves 3 are formed in parallel to each other on the top surface 2a of the main body 2 of a block as a base layer formed with porous concrete, and a surface layer material 4 comprising non- permeable mortar or the like is provided in forming the permeable paving block 1. Also, the groove 3 can have a wavy shape instead of a linear shape, and also the cross sectional shape of the groove can be a inverted trapezoidal shape or U-shape. Also, non-permeable mortar can be applied to the bottom surface of the groove 3. These blocks 1 are laid on a sidewalk or the like tightly without gaps, rain water flowed to the groove 3 can be permeated to the inside of the main body 2 of the block from a side wall, and dirt or the like remained in the groove 3 can be removed separately. In this way, blinding or fouling by a downward pressure can be prevented and a good appearance can be kept for a long period of time.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a vehicle to enter, perform vegetation not less than 50%, and prevent withering of the vegetated lawn grass or the like by forming an under surface in a flat shape, and forming at least one or more flat surfaces and vegetative recessed parts, which have the area not more than a half of the area of the under surface and into which the vehicle can drive, on an upper surface. SOLUTION: Pavement vegetative blocks 1 are constituted by integrally molding a pavement vegetative block main body 4 whose under surface 3 is flat, plural flat surfaces 6 whose upper surface 5 is not more than a half of the area of the under surface 3 and into which a vehicle can drive and vegetative recessed parts 7 formed in a stairs shape in outer peripheral parts of the flat surfaces 6. The blocks 1 are laid in a parallel condition in the vertical and lateral directions so that the vegetative recessed parts 7 are positioned in an upper part, and are laid in a parallel condition in the vertical and lateral directions in a part on which a person walks so that the under surface 3 is positioned in an upper part. Plants are also vegetated in the vegetative recessed parts 7 positioned in upper parts of the blocks 1. Therefore, the vegetative area can be formed as the area not less than a half of the area of the blocks to be laid, and a vegetative rate can be increased to 50% or more.
