After that, a pressure oil is delivered to hydraulic cylinders 3 from hydraulic apparatuses, so as to lower the pressurizing bar 5, and the plastic pipe 23 is compressed between the receiver bar 16.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface processing device for a buried pipe easily fixable to the inner surface of a pipe even if the pipe is buried in a ground.
      SOLUTION: This device for processing a buried P from the inner side comprises a processing means 30 for cutting the inner surface of the pipe P and a fixing means 10 for fixing the processing means 30 inside the pipe. The fixing means 10 comprises a radially enlargeable/contractable member 11 formed in a generally cylindrical shape, and a plurality of leg parts 18 erected on the side surfaces of a fixing part for fixing the radially enlargeable/contractable member 11 in an enlarged state and the radially enlargeable/contractable member 11. When the radially enlargeable/contractable member 11 is enlarged, the leg parts 18 are pressed against the inner surface of the pipe P. When the radially enlargeable/contractable member 11 is fixed by the fixing means 10 in an enlarged state, the device is fixed to the inner surface of the pipe P. When the device is fixed to the inner surface of the pipe P by the fixing means 10, the inner surface of the pipe P can be stably processed by the processing means 30.
