    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever of a plane handle device to normally uprise without fixing to the inner wall of a case body.
      SOLUTION: The lever connected to a rotary shaft to be freely rotatable is contained in the case body. A clamp is fixed to the rotary shaft. The clamp is engaged with a bracket. By operating the lever erected by the urging force of a spring, the clamp is removed from the bracket of the box body to open/ close the door. In the plane handle device, a freely rotatable body is set to prevent the lever from touching the case inner wall and allow the lever to touch only the free rotary body so that the lever uprises normally without fixation of the lever to the inner wall of the case body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pet dog-washing -drying system that is efficient since these works are carried out in a specific equipment that are used only for washing and drying a pet dog and allows the pet owner to be released from the complicated dog-caring works such as the disposition of the falling hair collected from the washed pets only by paying fee, and as these apparatus are automatically washed/disinfected and kept clean, and they can be utilized without anxiety.
      SOLUTION: A pet owner and the pet can be admitted to the working room 2 provided in a building 1 by paying an admission fee. The working room 2 is equipped with a pet-washing and drying stand 11, a shower unit 21 and a drier unit 22. The pet-washing and -drying stand 11 is equipped with water-splashing protectors 13, 14 so that they may be vertically movable as well as equipped with a pet-locking tool 15. The shower can be used for the time corresponding to the room admission fee and the drier unit can be used by paying the fee for the use. After the use is over and the user has left from the room, the working room 2 is automatically washed and disinfected with an automated apparatus for washing and disinfection.
