摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making breads containing docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) at a high content with a stably suppressed fishy smell. SOLUTION: This method for making the breads containing the DHA is characterized by using a docosahexaenoic acid-containing oil and fat containing a sesame oil added thereto. Thereby, the breads containing the DHA at a high content, especially >=500 mg/100 g with the stably suppressed fishy smell without varying the fishy smell can be produced. Since the breads contain a large amount of the DHA, the breads are useful as a food for the aged, pregnant women and children in the growth period wherein the ingestion of the large amount of the DHA is regarded as especially preferable other than general food uses.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing bread that includes a large amount of polyunsaturated fatty acid with the stably reduced fish smell. SOLUTION: In this method of producing the bread including docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), sesame oil and δ-tocopherol are added to an oil including polyunsaturated fatty acid and the unsaturated acid mixture is used to produce the objective bread. The bread includes a high level of polyunsaturated fatty acid, particularly the high content as much as >=500 mg/100 g is stably given without fluctuation in the fish smell level. Since it includes a high level of polyunsaturated fatty acid, the bread is useful for the people who are regarded as most desirable to take the polyunsaturated fatty acid, for example, aged, pregnant and growing kids as well as the general purpose in the case where the unsaturated fatty acid is DHA.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety and to improve fashionability as well by disposing a light storable fluorescent part in part of an entrance mat, etc., sewing the yarn carrying a light storable fluorescent material to a mat body and forming the light storable fluorescent part, thereby making the position of the mat surely visible even in the dark. SOLUTION: The mat 1 is composed of the mat body 2 formed with the surface on a front surface side as a pile fabric and the light storable fluorescent part 3 disposed in part thereof. The light storable fluorescent part 3 is formed by using the yarn carrying the light storable fluorescent material and embroidering this part to a shape imitating, for example, a fish. According thereto, the light storable fluorescent part 3 emits light in the dark and, therefore, even when a person comes home in the night, the person can surely visually admit the position of the entrance mat, etc. Since the light storable fluorescent part 3 is formed by embroidering the yarn incorporating the light storable fluorescent material, the durability may be improved and the stripping off thereof may be suppressed. Further, various patterns can be formed by the light storable fluorescent part 3 and, therefore, the fashionability of the mat 1 may be improved.
