    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a classification method of a sleeping posture based on body type by which a mattress and the like is fitted to the body type of a visitor in a country inn and the like and to provide a selection system of bedding fitted to the body type of the visitor using the same. SOLUTION: This classification method of a sleeping posture based on body type is so formed that the body weight and the height are set to an x-axis and a y-axis respectively, the body weight is divided into two groups, a high body weight range H and a low body weight range S in a line of a standard body weight value (a) based on the body weight, the height and a physique index BMI (Body Mass Index); the high body weight range H is divided into two, a high height L type and a low height B type using a line of a BMI value (c) in the low body weight side less than an intersection between a line of the standard height value (b) and a line of a standard BMI value (c), and the line of the standard height value (b) in the high body weight side in the intersection P or more as the boundary lines respectively; and the low body weight range S less than the prescribed standard weight (a) is divided into a high height Y type and a low height A type using a line of a standard height value b' in a low body weight side less than an intersection P between a line of the standard height value b' and a line of the standard BMI value c', and the line of the BMI value c' in the high body weight side in the intersection P or more as the boundary lines respectively. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a mattress having an excellent independent suspension ability as a pocket coil, separable by each element of the whole to be washed, dried and partially changed, and easily discarded as the bare minimum in discarding. SOLUTION: This mattress is constructed by covering the whole of pocket coils 11 having adjacent parts bonded to each other with a little expandable shaping cloth piece 13, covering upper and lower paddings 21 with an expandable cloth piece, trimming the peripheral edge, disposing a fixing belt 24, holding the pocket coils covered with the shaping cloth piece 24 by binding the upper and lower fixing belts, sewing up a lower cloth 31 and a side cloth 32 to form a facing cloth 30, loading the facing cloth 30 with the pocket coils 11 and paddings 21, and interposing a fastener 35 between an upper cloth 34 and the above lower and side clothes to allow the contents to be taken out. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating unit which facilitates workability of arranging a heat sensitized wire in a surface-shaped heating unit to eliminate changing a position, even when used for a long period, to enhance safety, by improving a method of arranging the heat sensitized wire for detecting a temperature of the heating unit. SOLUTION: In this heating unit for bedding, cushion and carpet, a heat sensitized wire 19 is arranged in one surface of a surface-shaped heating unit 11 formed to be coated with insulating sheets 15, 16 in an obverse/reverse surface of a heating unit 14 having electrodes 13a, 13b in both side edge parts, to compare a temperature, detected by the sensitized wire 19, with a preset temperature by a controller so as to switch on/off a current conduction in the electrodes 13a, 13b. A constitution as follows is added to this unit: A heat sensitized wire supporting base cloth 25 formed by fixing a position of the sensitized wire 19 is superposed in one surface of the surface-shaped heating unit 11 by weaving the sensitized wire 19 in the woven base cloth by a warp/ woof thread 26, 27.

    • PURPOSE: To enable use with the length in a height direction increased successively as an infant grows by fixing upper and lower housing boxes to each other when these boxes are stacked or juxtaposed. CONSTITUTION: The lower housing box 5 is piggybacked by placing the upper housing box 4 on the lower housing box 3 and side rails 6 are spanned between an end board 2 and the lower housing box 3 in the case where this bed is used as a bed for the infant. At this time, a mattress having a length equal to the length of the side rails 6 is usable. To prolong the length of the mattress 20 with the growth of the infant, a user unloads the upper housing box 4 from the upper part of the lower housing box 3, juxtaposes both housing boxes 3, 4 and connects and fixes both by means of suitable fixing members 11, 12, such as bolts. The surface of a floor plate 13 supported by the side rails 6, the top plate of the lower housing box 3 and the top plate of the upper housing box 4 are so positioned as to be made flush with each other. The large-sized mattress is placed thereon and the bed is usable as it is.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a woven fabric which can prevent that a bedding or the like made from a pile woven fabric is slipped in one direction, because pile yarns standing on the fabric are arranged in the direction. SOLUTION: This pile woven fabric is characterized in that areas in which the pile yarns comprising fibers stand on the surface of a ground construction comprising ground warps and ground wefts in the oblique direction and areas in which the pile yarns stand in the opposite direction are alternately placed. The method for producing the pile woven fabric is characterized by driving ground wefts and drawing yarns into ground warps and pile warps to produce a double woven fabric having a structure in which pile yarns are disposed over both the constructions of a front side woven fabric and a back side woven fabric and in which areas having the drawing yarns only on the sides of the pile yarns and areas having the drawing yarns only on the opposite sides of the pile yarn are alternately placed, cutting the pile yarns between both the front and back woven fabrics, and then drawing off the drawing yarns.
