摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a piled three-dimensional warp-knit fabric having a relatively long pile of uniform and definite length and provide a material suitable for car seat and blanket produced by using the warp-knit fabric.
SOLUTION: The three-dimensional warp-knit fabric is produced by connecting a front base cloth to a rear base cloth through a bonding yarn. A separately prepared pile yarn is fixed to the sinker loop side of at least one base cloth, the pile yarn is folded and hooked on a supporting yarn placed between the base cloths, and the pile yarn is transferred from the sinker loop side to the needle loop side after knitting. A ring-formed pile formed by the pile yarn having a sufficient length is formed on the outer surface of the base cloth by the method. A material suitable for car seat and blanket can be produced by using the warp-knit fabric.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric displacing jacquard guide structure capable of lowering a voltage to a piezoelectric element including the jacquard guide and easy in handling, in a warp knitting machine provided with a jacquard guide bar having a piezoelectric actuator. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric element 5 is integrally formed with a displacing part 8 prepared by closely adhering an electrode-layered piezoelectric ceramic on each side of a supporting thin plate 6, a holding part 11 having electrode terminals 10, 12 wired in such a manner that the displacing part 8 can be energized, and a guiding part 14 on whose end a jacquard guide having a yarn-feeding hole 15 is placed. The piezoelectric ceramics which have been polarized are energized from the electrodes opposite to each other so that the piezoelectric ceramics can be actively bent simultaneously to an identical direction, and thus the conduction voltage can be lowered. The piezoelectric element 5 can be mounted singly, and this enables independent attaching and detaching, and is effective for handling and maintenance.
