摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To classify and wash crushed PET bottle pieces by feeding these PET bottle pieces to a vortex part formed by setting the velocity of the lower layer stream created by supplying water to a fixed direction from two points at different depths into water tanks higher than the velocity of a upper layer stream, damming up the pieces lighter than the water in a middle stream part and allowing the heavy pieces to flow over so as to recover the same. SOLUTION: The overflow water from the barrier la of the auxiliary water tank 2 is made into the upper layer and middle layer streams by a descending flow regulating plate 3 and is made into the lower layer stream by the water directly discharged from an auxiliary pipe 12b into the main water tank 1. The water stream of the auxiliary pipe 12a is faster than the upper layer and middle layer streams and the middle layer stream generates the vortexes at the confluent point with the lower layer stream. The PET bottle pieces crushed by a crushing machine C are included into the vortexes to increase a washing effect. The lower layer stream carries the PET pieces P to a downstream side and flows over via a lower layer stream regulating plate 6 from the wall 1b and drops onto a net conveyor 8 through a PET piece releasing guide 7. The PP pieces and PE pieces Q of caps, etc., are lighter than the water and float as these pieces flow to the downstream side until the pieces are dammed up by a label outflow preventive net 4. As a result, the sure sepn. and recovery of the PET pieces and PP and PE pieces are made possible.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PET resin molding material containing PET as a base material and one or more foreign materials as remaining materials and capable of guaranteeing a proper strength as a plastic molding material. SOLUTION: This PET resin molding material is obtained by mixing a crushed PET material with 10-30 wt. % of a different synthetic resin material. The synthetic resin material to be mixed is preferably selected from polypropylene, polyethylene and polystyrene. The synthetic resin material to be mixed is preferably crushed in the substantially same size as that of the crushed PET material. The PET material is preferably mixed with 10 wt. % of polypropylene crushed material.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter by which pet bottles are crushed in the vertical long direction thereof to easily separate seals and labels as a preprocess of a process in which PET(polyethylene terephthalate) pieces are shredded to make them flakes and pellets. SOLUTION: A two-axis cutting blade 12 having about 30-50 mm blade width is installed below a feeding hopper 11 whose upper surface is opened, and on a rotating shaft moved to one side above it in parallel to axes of the two-axis cutting blade 12, rotating blades 13 standing in a row in the cruciform in side view are arranged at spaced intervals of about 60-150 mm to make the pet bottles stand in a row in the vertical long direction thereof and cut them.
