SOLUTION: In a system configured to perform communication between a host controller and a target controller, the target controller transmits interruption factor information transmitted from a controlled device to the host controller with the highest priority packet. The host controller stores interruption factor information received with the highest priority packet, and transmits an interrupt signal to the processor. When receiving the interrupt signal, the processor makes determination based on the interruption factor information stored in the host controller, and when determining that the controlled device should be controlled with the highest priority, transmits an instruction to control the controlled device to the host controller.
