    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a squeeze mechanism in a liquid developing system capable of removing toner shifting and adhering to a squeeze roller from a photoreceptor. SOLUTION: A solvent is supplied from a solvent channel 108 into a rear wall 110 provided on a withdrawing side from the contact part 106 of the squeeze roller 103 with a photoreceptor belt 101. Nine exit-side electrodes P1 to P9 are embedded in the wall 110. Voltage is applied to the electrodes P1 to P9 by a transfer voltage generation circuit 121 so that they may successively move in the rotating direction of the roller 103. Toner passing through the contact part 106 is electrophoresed in the solvent by the voltage applied to the electrodes P1 to P9, fed to a liquid reservoir 111 provided on the lower side of the roller 103 by the movement of the electrodes P1 to P9 to which the voltage is applied, and then discharged from a drain port 113 connected to the reservoir 111.

SOLUTION: This method is characterized by including a step in which a forwarding company terminal records electronic mail addresses of the cargo recipient and the cargo sender and together with the fare adjustment money and a receipt number when the fare adjustment is necessary, an automatic cargo receiving machine performs locking after storing cargo and transmits an electronic mail entered with a cargo arrival notification, a receipt password and fare adjustment memory to a cargo recipient terminal based on the inputted receipt number via a network, the automatic cargo receiving machine performs unlocking according to the input of the receipt password and feeding of adjustment money corresponding to fare adjustment and transmits the completion of the delivery of cargo to the forwarding company terminal via the network and the forwarding company terminal transmits an electronic mail entering the completion of the delivery of cargo to the cargo sender terminal via the network.

SOLUTION: As for a squeeze roller 126 holding a photoreceptor belt 101 with a backup roller 118, an outer periphery part 124 on the outside is rotated and a fixed shaft 125 is on the inside. Electrode bodies A 111, B 112 and C 113 divided by an insulating supporting body 110 and insulated from each other are provided on the fixed shaft 125. The outer periphery part 124 is constituted of a hollow cylinder formed of a surface electrode 116 divided by a division insulating part 115. Plural sliding rollers 114 coming into rolling-contact with the outer periphery part 124 are rotatably fit on the surfaces of the electrode bodies A 111 to C 113. Developing bias voltage is applied to the electrode body A 111, and AC voltage is applied to the electrode body B 112. A cleaning electrode plate 123 opposed to the roller 126 is provided in a liquid reservoir 121, and bias in a forward direction is applied to the electrode body C 113.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic charger with which the miniaturization a charger required for the miniaturization of an electrophotographic device is realized and the length of which is made close to a width necessary for image formation and by which the deterioration of charging potential at both end is eliminated. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic charger of a corotron type or a scorotron type, a protrusion to impart the potential to both end of a shield inside and an adjusting mechanism to very a projecting quantity by which the protrusion is protruded to the shield inside are provided at both end parts of the shield. Also, the protrusion is held in a state of being insulated from the shield, and potential different from that for the shield may be imparted. Thus, the deterioration of the potential at both end of the charger in the longitudinal direction is prevented, and the deterioration of the potential by charging is eliminated, so that the deterioration of image density at both ends is prevented, and the length as the charger is made close to the maximum width of image formation, so that a device width is suppressed from being increased.
