SOLUTION: The processing agent to prevent a creaky sound comprises a mixed surfactant of a nonionic oil-soluble surfactant and a nonionic water-soluble surfactant and a water-soluble wax emulsion to dilute the mixed surfactant twice to fifteen times. The mixed surfactant has an HLB of 8.0-10 and the processing agent has a wax content less than 18% and a pH of 8.0-10.0.

SOLUTION: A reclining seat is equipped with a U-shaped back frame that supports a seat back portion and has connecting parts at the both sides, and a fitting frame that supports the seat portion and has fitting parts coupling to the both connecting parts so as to be rotatable at will. At least one of the fitting parts is equipped with a rotary member 20 to maintain the angle held by the seat back and seat portions as prescribed, through which the fitting and connecting parts are coupled, making the angle held by the backrest and seat portions adjustable. SOLUTION: A drawing groove 21 in a U-letter form is formed on the surface of a foamed molded body 20, namely, on the part to be covered by a skin material. While this drawing groove 21 has a facing sidewall, a part of a slub urethane foam 4 as a fastening member F is embedded along the other sidewall. The fastening member F is integrally incorporated with the foamed molded body 20 in the longitudinal condition where engaging elements 2 are facing outward against the sidewall. The fastening member F is hard to bend in the width direction but tends to be bent relatively freely in the length direction or in the longitudinal condition.

SOLUTION: First, an olefinic resin composite material containing a wooden cellulosic filler is extruded in a sheetlike form to obtain moldings. Next, a nonwoven fabric of mixed fibers containing a polypropylene fiber and a polyester fiber is arranged in the bottom force 2 of a molding die. After that, first sheeting 4 consisting of the moldings extruded as sheeting is thermally softened and then is arranged on the non woven fabric 3. Further, second sheeting 5 consisting of moldings extruded as sheeting are superposed on the first sheeting 4 placed on the nonwoven fabric 3 after the lapse of a specified period of time following the process to thermally soften the extrusion-molded sheeting. Then a skin material 6 is arranged on the second sheeting 5 and they are fastened with the upper die. Finally, air is blown into a space between the sheetings 4, 5 to form the hollow body.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a foam integral with a skin with an open cell foam by disposing at least a part of a skin material on an inner wall of a mold, freely foaming a liquid-like foamable mixture while opening the mold, then closing the mold and pressure molding it. SOLUTION: A skin material 37 made of a ceiling skin portion 35 and a side skin part 36 stitched to an outer periphery of the portion 35 is used. The portion 35 is disposed on a lower surface of an inner wall of a lower mold 21, and the portion 36 is disposed to be located out of the mold. An inner mold 22 is closed and retained. A liquid-like foamable mixture is cast in the mold 22. This is immediately chemically reacted, and abruptly expanded in its volume while foaming. At this time, an upper mold 23 remains opening. Foam P is volumetrically expanded to a maximum limit by free foaming to be a raised state P' from the opening. Partial foam cell is broken at its membrane by a reaction gas pressure to foam open cell foam. After a polymerization curing is completed, a foam molding having gas permeability and integral with the skin material can be formed.

In this case, either a spraying system or a pouring system is properly selected depending upon the uneven shape of the lower mold, a spread, a spreading area or the like. After the finish of the gasification reaction of a carpet fiber composition 2 and the expandable mixed liquid applied on the lower mold 13 and before the finish of their viscous flow state, the carpet fiber composition 2 is arranged in the press tool 14 so as to close the tool in order to bond both the surfaces of the respective expandable mixed liquids together.

The skin material 2 consists of the ceiling skin part 3 (forming the ceiling part of the seat) covering the first cushion member 6 and the side surface skin parts 4, 5 continued to both sides thereof and covering the second cushion member 10 and, as mentioned hereinbelow, the rear surface of the ceiling skin part 3 is integrated with the first cushion member 6 and the first cushion member 6 is integrated with the second cushion member 10. The ceiling skin part 3 and the side surface skin parts 4, 5 are separately cut from a material and sewn to be integrated.
