    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the readjustment of an operating cable and prevent the residual cable from being caught by other members by installing a cable holding means which can hold the residual operating cable which extends from an operating cable fixing means, in a wound state. CONSTITUTION:An operating cable connecting mechanism is equipped with a rotary member 22 integrally in the upper part of a speed change cam which constitutes a rotary driving mechanism, and the rotary member 22 is equipped with a fixing means 23 for an inner cable t1 and a cable holding means 25 for winding-holding the residual cable t3 which extends from the fixing means 23. As for the cable fixing means 23 a cable pressing piece 30 is screwed on an extension part 29 by a pressing screw 31, and the edge part of the inner cable t1 is nipping-pressed between the cable pressing piece 30 and the surface of the extension part 29 and fixed on the rotary member 22. Since the cable t3 is held in a wound state on the rotary member 22, the cable t3 is prevented from being caught by other link members through the pulling operation of the inner cable t1. Further, since the cable t3 can be easily demounted, the readjustment of the operating cable is facilitated.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the turning quantity of a brake lever till a wheel is perfectly braked, by supporting the brake lever on a brake bracket so that a distance between the rotational center of the brake lever and the fixing point of an inner wire may change according to the turning quantity of the brake lever. CONSTITUTION:Since a distance between the rotational center of a brake lever 26 supported by a brake bracket 24 and the fixing point 22 of an inner wire W1 becomes longer in the range of rotational operation not to display braking effect, the traction quantity of the inner wire W1 corresponding to the quantity of rotational operation of an operation arm section 21 increases. On the other hand, in the above range of rotational operation, tractive force decreases as the operational force of the operation arm section 21 increases, but since this range of rotational operation belongs to a domain where the braking effect is not displayed, no trouble occurs. Thus the quantity of rotational operation of the brake lever 26 can be decreased before the brake lever 26 attains a rotational domain where the braking effect can be displayed to particularly improve the response of a brake.

    • PURPOSE:To improve accommodating density, to shorten transferring time, and to facilitate pick-up operation by alternately connecting elevating routes through rails to stock-spaces capable of making multistage storage of materials to be supported at their both ends, providing a truck with a carrier on the rails for carrying in/out materials by running the truck horizontally and running the carrier vertically. CONSTITUTION:When roll materials are carried in storage, a truck main body 6 is disposed to allow it guide rods 66 to oppose to guide columns 21 in a elevating route 2, then a carrier 7 is introduced onto the guide column 21 through the guide rods 66 by an elevating motor M2 and further lowered in the elevating route 2. Then it is stopped at a pre-determined storable level in a stock-space 1. Subsequently the carrier 7 is moved horizontally by an unillustrated shifting motor to lock both ends of roll material M onto supporting brackets 12 of supporting columns 11 in the stock-space 1. Then the carrier 7 is returned to its original position. Carrying materials out of storage is carried out in the reverse order. Thereby it is possible to intend to improve accommodating density, to facilitate carrying in/out operation, and to shorten operation time.

    • PURPOSE:To form a slate floor even if the construction thickness is thin by arranging, pressing and level-adjusting a unit slate on the mortar coated in a comb shape consisting of thick sections and thin sections on a substrate face except the periphery of the adhesion face of the unit slate. CONSTITUTION:After the P tiles or the like of the existing floor face are removed, the remnant such as an adhesive and stain are removed, a substrate face 2 is polished and smoothed, recesses and uneven sections are buried with concrete or mortar 3 to level the substrate face 2. Mortar 3 is coated on the substrate face 2 with a comb trowel in a comb shape arranged with thick sections 3a of the thickness 4-6mm and thin sections 3b of the thickness 1-2mm in turn at the installation position of the unit slate slightly smaller than the adhesion face of the slate 1 so as to remain an uncoated section 4 along the periphery of the adhesion face of the slate 1. The unit slate 1 is arranged on the mortar 3, the upper section of the slate is lightly tapped and pressed with a wooden hammer or the like and installed while being level-adjusted, and unit slates 1 are installed in sequence to form a slate floor.

    • PURPOSE:To enable small articles to be fixed by easy operation to a bicycle body further to be released from the fixing by utilizing a quick release tool. CONSTITUTION:When a quick release tool 3 turns its cam lever 18 in a lock direction, a space between a pressing unit 14 and a pressing surface of a holding unit 21 decreases. Here the pressing surface of the holding unit 21 is adapted to a fork end 2, strongly pressing it. Since length of a fixing pin 24, slidably inserted into a through hole 23 of the holder unit 21, is larger than the length of the through hole 23, the pin 24 receives reaction force of the pressing force from the fork end 2, being forcedly intruded from the pressing surface of the holder unit 21 in a manner wherein one end of the pin protrudes to the internal surface of a holding hole 22. An article A, inserted into the holding hole 22, is forcedly pressed by the fixing pin 24 to an internal wall in an opposite side, and the article A is fixedly held into the holding hole 22 by this pressing force. On the contrary, when the cam lever 18 is turned in a lock release direction, the article A can be removed from the holding hole 22.
