The shaft body 1 and bearing body 2 are relatively rotatable, and the projecting part 1a of the shaft body 1 is engaged with a recessed part 2a provided in the bearing body 2, to hold the first part A and the second part B at a predetermined angle. When force exceeding a constant level is applied to perform the relative rotation, the engagement state of the projecting part 1b and recessed part 2a is released due to elastic deformation.
